Sugar, by Fran Matera

Famed comic strip creator and artist Fran Matera tried often to start up a daily newspaper comic strip featuring an energetic young woman but failed each time.  Sugar is one of those attempts, created and written by Fran Matera as a proposed daily and Sunday strip.  Unfortunately, none of the syndicates picked up this strip.
